Welcome!

Between 2024-2025 Wasan Network partnered with Huddlecraft to bring a peer learning model to the community. The model is called a ‘Huddle’ – and we experimented with how they might deepen our learning on some of the core inquiries within our network, whilst seeding even more of a relationship-centred, collaborative culture in how we’re learning together.

Our intention was to bring a peer-to-peer (P2P) learning model to the Wasan network that could:

Huddlecraft is an ecosystem of support for peer-led learning and change. We practice bringing people together in purposeful peer groups that pool skills, resources, learning and action. This practice — which we call huddlecraft — helps unlock collective potential to shape alternative futures.

Huddles are peer groups of around 12 people who come together around a shared purpose. Huddles are flexible and can be organised around a place, theme or question, but at their core is a structured pathway that creates a culture of co-accountability, learning and action.
